New to Reformer Pilates?

All of the teachers at Sea Breeze Pilates are STOTT Pilates qualified and we specialise in equipment based Pilates. We believe the Reformer apparatus in particular is the best place to start your Pilates journey, the machine helps you to stabilise and holds your body safely in the correct position.

It’s essential to book in for a Free 30 minute Orientation before you attend your first Beginners Reformer class.

In the 30 minute free orientation we will show you how to set up the Reformer. You will learn how to adjust the pulleys and straps and to practice some of the basic exercises in preparation for your first Beginners Reformer class.

Everyone must attend an orientation even if you have a good base level of fitness. Learning how to use the Reformer in the orientation is essential for your safety and ensures you can confidently join a class.

You can book in for a free session online via the timetable page.

In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference, in 30 you'll have a new body.
