Free Reformer Orientation
Free 30 Minute Reformer Orientation
First things first
Everyone must attend an orientation even if you have a good base level of fitness. Learning how to use the Reformer in the orientation is essential for your safety and ensures you can confidently join a Beginners Reformer class.
In the 30 minute free orientation we will show you how to set up the Reformer. You will learn how to adjust the pulleys and straps and to practice some of the basic exercises in preparation for your first Beginners Reformer class.

L1 Beginners Reformer
Level 1 (Essential)

Level 1 Beginners Reformer Pilates is an easy to follow mixed level class that targets the whole body! It can be a challenging or a more gentle workout depending on your experience and level.
Improve your posture, strengthen your core and shape up with our invigorating whole body workout.
L2 Dynamic Reformer
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Level 2 Dynamic Reformer is certainly a step up from Beginners Reformer classes with more challenging choreography and a faster pace designed to hone and tone your entire body.
The repertoire is more complex and of a higher intensity. It is suitable for improvers who have a strong foundation at beginners level. We finish the class with a short blast on the Cardio Tramp to raise your metabolism and leave you on a high.
Clients must be confident with the Beginners Reformer level and be injury free before joining this class! If in doubt ask your teacher at your next session.
L2 Reformer Conditioning
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Once you have mastered the Level 1 Beginners classes you can progress to Level 2 Reformer Conditioning. This session is comprised of 20 minutes Mat Pilates, 20 minutes Reformer and 20 minutes on the Cardio Tramp. It’s a medium to high intensity class perfect for those wanting to take their workouts to the next level.
Clients must be confident with the Beginners Reformer exercises before joining this class! If in doubt ask your teacher at your next session.
Not suitable for beginners. We recommend 15 -20 beginners Reformer classes before booking in for Reformer Conditioning
L2 Total Barre™
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Level 2 Total Barre. Experience a full-body workout that will keep you moving and introduce you to muscles you didn’t even know you had!
Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, this Total Barre™ class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music.
Classes begin standing, then progress to the floor, focusing on specific areas of the body including arms, legs and core. Each session follows the same format but different exercises are added for variety and challenge.
No dance experience needed and suitable for beginners that are injury free and have a reasonable level of fitness.
L2 Reformer PLUS
Level 2 (Intermediate)
In Level 2 Reformer PLUS classes you will experience the intermediate repertoire with more technical choreography and faster transitions from one exercise to another.
There is no Cardio Tramp in this format.
Not suitable for beginners. We recommend 15 – 20 Beginners Reformer classes before booking into a level 2 class. Please also check with your teacher to check you are ready for the step up.

L4 Advanced Reformer
Level 4 (Advanced)
Our level 4 Advanced Reformer class is suitable for those clients that have mastered the level 3 Reformer Flow intermediate classes.
As well as delving into the more intense intermediate repertoire the class will explore the advanced exercises with complex combinations which challenge your flexibility, balance, core strength and coordination skills.
Suitable for clients that have a good understanding of intermediate exercises.
