Free Reformer Orientation
Free 30 Minute Reformer Orientation
First things first
Everyone must attend an orientation even if you have a good base level of fitness. Learning how to use the Reformer in the orientation is essential for your safety and ensures you can confidently join a Beginners Reformer class.
In the 30 minute free orientation we will show you how to set up the Reformer. You will learn how to adjust the pulleys and straps and to practice some of the basic exercises in preparation for your first Beginners Reformer class.

Beginners Reformer Pilates
Level 1 (Essential)
Beginners Reformer is a basic level class that targets the whole body! Improve your posture, strengthen your core and shape up with our invigorating whole body workout.
If you haven’t worked on a Pilates Reformer then it’s essential that you book in for a Free Orientation session before booking into this class!
Beginners Reformer Pilates
Level 1 (Essential)
Beginners Reformer is a basic level class that targets the whole body! Improve your posture, strengthen your core and shape up with our invigorating whole body workout.
If you haven’t worked on a Pilates Reformer then it’s essential that you book in for a Free Orientation session before booking into this class!
Reformer PLUS
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Dynamic Reformer
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Level 2 Dynamic Reformer is certainly a step up from Beginners Reformer classes with more challenging choreography and a faster pace designed to hone and tone your entire body. The repertoire is more complex and of a higher intensity. It is suitable for improvers who have a strong foundation at beginners level. We finish the class with a short blast on the Cardio Tramp to raise your metabolism and leave you on a high.
Clients must be confident with the Beginners Reformer level and be injury free before joining this class! If in doubt ask your teacher at your next session.
Dynamic Reformer
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Level 2 Dynamic Reformer is certainly a step up from Beginners Reformer classes with more challenging choreography and a faster pace designed to hone and tone your entire body. Level 2 (Intermediate)
Reformer Conditioning
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Once you have mastered the Level 1 Beginners classes you can progress to Level 2 Reformer Conditioning. This session is comprised of 20 minutes Mat Pilates, 20 minutes Reformer and 20 minutes on the Cardio Tramp. It’s a medium to high intensity class perfect for those wanting to take their workouts to the next level.
Clients must be confident with the Beginners Reformer exercises before joining this class! If in doubt ask your teacher at your next session.
Reformer Conditioning
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Once you have mastered the Level 1 Beginners classes you can progress to Level 2 Reformer Conditioning. This session is comprised of 20 minutes Mat Pilates, 20 minutes Reformer and 20 minutes on the Cardio Tramp. It’s a medium to high intensity class perfect for those wanting to take their workouts to the next level.

Advanced Reformer Pilates
Level 3 (Intermediate/Advanced)
Our level 3 Advanced Reformer class is suitable for those clients that have mastered the level 2 intermediate classes. You will explore the more intense intermediate and advanced repertoire with complex combinations which challenge your flexibility, balance, core strength and coordination skills.
Suitable for clients that have a good understanding of intermediate exercises.
