Our fully equipped Reformer Pilates studio is located in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea. Set in a beautifully refurbished, light-filled space with stunning sea views, the studio features state-of-the-art, meticulously maintained Pilates equipment to support every level of your practice.

You’ll also find thoughtfully designed changing facilities and secure lockers, so you can enjoy your class knowing your belongings are safe—and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
