1-1 Private sessions

At Sea Breeze Pilates we put the goals of our clients at the top of our list.

All trainers are fully qualified STOTT Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers with years of experience teaching a wide variety of clients with very diverse health & fitness goals.

If you choose to train with us your programme will be tailored to your specific needs based on your posture, lifestyle and fitness level. You may be recovering from an injury and need to work at a slower pace or an athlete wanting to take your workouts to the next level.

Improve and enhance your posture, core stability, strength and muscle tone with a Pilates based programme.

Our studio is kitted out with a full range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, TRX, Bosu, hand weights and lots of other effective equipment.

Our experienced team of trainers will help you achieve your goals whether it’s to tone up, rehabilitate an injury, improve back, neck and shoulder tension or enhance your chosen sport. We use a mixture of training methods to create an exercise programme that will be energising, fun and effective.

Private sessions are £65 per individual session and are an hour long.

A Duo session is priced at £90 and is also 1 hour in duration.

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment is in advance.

Great 1-1 sessions with Brigitte. Sessions on the Cadillac and Reformer to strengthen the body. Such a cool studio with good quality Stott Pilates Equipment. Looking forward to doing the walkover again.
